Sweatin', Simmons style


Another goal that I have for myself this year is to lose "the" weight. I have been trying for along time to do it, sometimes semi-successful other times not at all. I usually end up pregnant when I try and that is not the plan this time. I am nursing Charlie less now and so I really do not need to make milk for him, he gets excited if I give him a bottle so I think that he would switch real easily if I stop producing. I digress. I would really like to lose at least 50 pounds, I think that I would feel alot better, and have more energy to play with the kids. Tonight after dinner Clara and I (Will and Charlie too) did a little "sweatin'." It was fun, but showed me just how much work I need to do. I will try to post an update monthly as to not make this whole thing about that.

OH, we absolutely love Sweatin to the Oldies. We have 4 of his videos. They are a whole lot of fun. Our family does it after dinner. Great workout. Gets the blood moving. Hope it works for you. I will pray with you for your gaol to be met. Love you sweetie,
